Don't Drop the Ball!

Our friends invited us to go to the Jazz game tonight (thanks Brooke & Denice) to watch the Jazz play the Houston Rockets. For about 3 years Ralph has wanted a Sprite promo ball which the Jazz bear launches into the audience and usually to the top of the arena - of course we never have got one. Ralph has searched the internet and ebay many times trying to find one with no luck. Tonight was his lucky night and he got a Sprite ball (thanks Charlie). Shortly after Ralph got his cherished prize and during a time out of the game, Ralph was spinning the ball on his finger and got bumped and dropped the ball and it went rolling onto the floor all the way to half court. The Jazz Dancers were dancing and officials were everywhere so we couldn't just run out on the floor - the ball was almost gone. Lucky for Ralph one of the dancers saw the ball and figured out where it came from and returned the cherished prize. We laughed and laughed and thank heavens Ralph didn't die of embarassment! Good thing it wasn't one of our boys who dropped the ball (haha)!!
