No pictures - too tired. For some reason I think the annual school Spring Break means Spring Clean for me! Who wants to clean all alone? Not me so I recruited 8 children (not by their own free will and choice though) and we have been cleaning! We went through bedrooms and organized drawers, sorted through clothes, cleaned out under beds and dug out all the "stuff" in the closets.
Today we did the major undertaking of deep cleaning the kitchen. We cleaned everything inside and out - drawers, shelves, blinds, light fixtures, cupboards, baseboards and curtains. It took ALL DAY LONG - so tired - but so clean and fresh!
Tomorrow we are (haha I am) planning to clean the rest of the blinds in the house and wipe down the walls. Friday we will schedule some fun time. So nice to have Spring Break so we can Spring clean together!!
Sounds like something I would do, spend spring break cleaning! It must feel really nice to have it all done.

ReplyDeleteWay to go MOM, make those kids work!! (Just kidding!) Do you remember how Mom used to make us do that? I do and I made my kids do the same thing - I still remember the whining and groaning!
