Can We Keep Him

On a day when I had had it with pets (Tuffy woke up neighbors barking at their house at 6:00 am on Saturday) Davis came home with a turtle he had found in the street. He really wanted to keep the turtle - I didn't have to think long - NO - (didn't we just get rid of a turtle).
