Sunny Sunday

Sunday is supposed to be a day of rest but it doesn't always go that way. Davis got home on Saturday from a week of scout camp and so we had to spend some time on Sunday getting him ready to go camping again early Monday morning. Shelby was also going to EFY Monday so we spent time helping her finish packing. We did have a great dinner and dessert!

First we had stuffed pork chops and trimmings along with

homemade lemon rolls (thanks Grammy for the rolls).

Then we finished off with homemade Rocky Road ice cream (good job Bri)!

After all that food everyone was so full they laid on the grass and watched the clouds.

The kids also tried a starring contest (Mason did not win).

Family council and planning also happens every Sunday.
